I will introduce to you a Resolution that has been introduced in many city councils, state represenatives, and State Senates all around the United States. We need congress to pass this bill and I hope you will join me in getting this Resolution  passed. I have an example of a resolution that Detroit has passed in it's city council. and talking points of why this Resolution need to be introduced in every city in the United States of America.
